5. Returns and Refunds
For any order placed on alonehabib.com, consumer customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
After notifying us of their decision to withdraw, customers have 14 days to return the relevant items.
Items must be returned properly packaged and protected. Direct return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility when exercising the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise required by law or expressly covered by Alone Habib.
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, return shipping costs will be covered by Alone Habib, in accordance with applicable statutory warranties.
Where the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, refunds are issued in accordance with applicable regulations, using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless the customer expressly agrees to an alternative refund method.
In accordance with applicable legislation, Alone Habib may withhold the refund until the returned items have been received or proof of their shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.
