Return & Refund Policy – Alone Habib

Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases)

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility when exercising the right of withdrawal. In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, return shipping costs will be covered by Alone Habib, in accordance with applicable statutory warranties.

Returned jewelry must only be handled to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.

Any excessive handling resulting in a reduction in the jewelry's value may result in the customer being held liable, in accordance with applicable legislation.

We kindly ask that jewelry be returned in its original packaging, whenever available.

In the event of withdrawal, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

In accordance with applicable legislation, Alone Habib reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned jewelry has been received or proof of its shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.

If any irregularities are identified upon return, we reserve the right to take the necessary steps to protect our interests, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to jewelry that is:

  • Made to measure

  • Personalized

  • Specially manufactured at the customer's request

These creations cannot be returned or refunded.

In-Store Purchases

Jewelry purchased in our physical boutique is non-refundable but may be exchanged, subject to certain conditions, within 14 days.

Our stainless steel jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers, in particular:

  • Defects relating to materials or manufacturing

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, impacts, breakage or damage resulting from misuse or improper care.

In the event of an issue, our team will arrange for the repair or replacement of your jewelry.
